  • Maintain open and effective communication channels between SBOMS, the scientific councils, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support in scheduling and organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Assist in ensuring alignment and coordination among different components of the SBOMS engaged in the related activities.
  • Attend relevant meetings and working groups on behalf of SBOMS as directed by the coordinator.
  • Collect, compile, and organize information related to curriculum development, residents’ rotation programs, and research activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of related documents, reports, and resources.
  • Assist in information dissemination to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Education Enhancement Coordinator in designing assessment tools for capacity-building needs.
  • Assist in conducting assessments of scientific council members’ capacity in various aspects of medical education.
  • Assist in designing tools for monitoring the progress of curriculum development, residents’ rotation programs, and research initiatives.
  • Maintain records and documentation of project activities, outcomes, and challenges.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on project activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of project-related documents and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Curriculum Development and Monitoring Coordinator, including travel arrangements, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Help in the preparation and distribution of project-related materials and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, healthcare, or project management.
  • Good level in English language, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in providing support for projects, preferably in the field of education or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of project coordination, data collection, and information management.
