Neonatology is a pediatric subspecialty that provides medical care to newborn babies, particularly premature infants. It is a vital hospital specialty that is typically practiced in neonatal intensive care units (NICIUs). Neonatal patients are newborns who are ill or require special medical care due to premature birth, low birth weight, uterine growth restriction, congenital anomalies (birth defects), sepsis, lung hypoplasia, or birth asphyxia.
Supervision the approved training program.
Full supervision of the exam process in all its stages.
Defining the requirements for recognition of the training centers.
Defining the list of scientific references for specialization.
Conducting academic educational activities, conferences, courses and workshops.
Saturday- Thursday at 09am -3pm, except on holidays.
