The Syrian Board of Medical Specialties Honors Leaders, Celebrates New Specialist Graduates (Eighth Batch)

On February 22, 2024, the Syrian Board of Medical Specialties (SBOMS) held an honorary meeting to showcase the progress in medical education and healthcare in Syria on the Amphitheatre of the Idlib Health Directorate the strategic partner in developing medical education and training. This significant event brought together doctors, distinguished personalities, and medical officials from health directorates and doctors’ syndicates. The wonderful gathering concluded with the recognition of the leaders of scientific councils for their valuable contributions to the accomplishments of the Syrian Board of Medical Specialties. The meeting honored the male and female doctors of the eighth batch who received their specialization certificates.

The eighth batch of graduating doctors, which included male and female doctors working in the healthcare sector in northwest Syria, constituted a prominent milestone in their professional journey. These new doctors (60 female and male specialized doctors) successfully completed their rigorous and precise medical education, characterized by dedication, flexibility, and steadfast commitment to the medical field.
